To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused, pristine condition, with all tags and labels intact.
Damaged Returns: If the item is returned in a condition that suggests it was used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or functioning, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund based on the loss in value.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom-made items and bespoke commissioned artworks are non-returnable.
Prints are also non-returnable as they are custom-made for each order.
